About Us

BridgeLegal

Bridge Legal was formed in 2012, by Amanda Spencer, after encouragement by members of the property investment industry who were finding it difficult to find a firm that understood the property investment process for their clients.

The firm was established to assist the clients of organisations such as Property Investor. Acquisition Facilitators, Financial Planners, Finance Brokers and Accounting Practices. Our team’s vast understanding of the financial planning sector and investor finance lending areas has attracted Financial Planning companies seeking assistance to act for their clients to provide legal professional services in relation to finance and property transactions and estate planning for their clients. Finance lending for investors being vastly diverse to that of an everyday conveyance, our teams’ patience and experience with developers, clients and banks gets the matter settled with the minimum of delays to all parties. Given our expertise in the conveyancing sector, we also provide these services to owner occupiers and clients selling.

Bridge Legal acts across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia which makes our services unique as clients may use the one firm across Australia. Bridge Legal refers all NT conveyancing matters to Platinum Conveyancing NT for specialised local services.

We focus on the work we know and we do it well, those services being:

1. Property Law Advice and Conveyancing in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and WA.

2. Independent legal advice on loan documents including for SMSF loans, directors and guarantors.

3. SMSF trust deeds and amendment deeds.

4. Binding death nominations for SMSF.

5. Estate Planning including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships.

6. Probate and Letters of Administration and Estate Administration.
